Evelyn Havlik was just eight years old when she moved to North America from her native Germany. She didn’t have any say in the move, but she was old enough to understand her parents’ motivation, and it all boiled down to one word – opportunity.
For Evelyn, this trans-Atlantic move was much more than a change of scenery. It opened her eyes to the possibilities that exist in the world and instilled in her a belief that when opportunity presents itself, you pursue it wholeheartedly. As a result, she’s an adventurous soul who loves travel and especially enjoys experiencing the native culture of anywhere she visits.
When you work with Evelyn toward the sale or purchase of a home, she draws on her firsthand experience buying, selling and renovating many properties in order to guide you to success. She views her role not as a salesperson, but rather a consultant who is there to provide all the advice and information necessary to help you maximize your real estate opportunities. She’s never pushy, always patient, and takes great pride in ensuring her clients feel confident and comfortable throughout every stage of their transactions.
